Matt Anderson is new member on the THV Board and is an attorney and a technology industry business development executive. Matt is married to his wife Sue and has two children, Cameron and Natalie. As a father of a special needs child, Matt enjoys working with Special Olympic Athletes, is a strong advocate for children with special needs, and provides legal services in the areas of special education law and special needs trusts.
Fundraising coordinator of THV, Inc. Ray became involved with Huron Valley Special Olympics in 2005, where his daughter currently participates in four sports. He is active with Cub Scouts Wolf Pack 121 with his son. Ray resides in White Lake Township with his wife of 19 years, Susan, his seven year old son Michael who attends Oxbow Elementary and his sixteen year old daughter Emily, who is a special education student at Milford High School.
Fundraising coordinator of THV, Inc. John is a semi-retired IT Specialist. He is the parent of a Down syndrome son, who is now 31 years old. The entire Schiltz family including his wife Marti and their daughter Jessica has been involved in working with special needs individuals for 30 years. John has been involved with Team Huron Valley in fundraising, coaching and assistant director of sports. I enjoy seeing the "fruits of my labor" succeed and would like to be involved in taking our organization to a new level and improve the quality of life of our special needs individuals.
Treasurer of THV, Inc. Diane graduated from Walsh University in Troy and leads the accounting and finance efforts. Diane has worked as a CFO of a large tele- communications company in Milford for the last 17 years. She is married and has 2 children and resides in Keego Harbor. She has close ties to special needs children on the THV athletic team.
Co-Chairman of the Board of THV, Inc. For over 30 years, Don has owned and operated American Warehousing -- Don collaborated with friend and colleague, Ted (Bear) Hall, to initiate and concentrate on operating THV (Team Huron Valley) a nonprofit they started together tasked with raising funds for Team Huron Valley Special Olympics located in Milford Michigan. Don resides with his wife, Michelle and two children, Max a 25 year old Team Huron Valley athlete and Evan in Highland Michigan.
Secretary of THV, Inc. Cheryl works with Ted (Bear) at their tele- communications company
in Milford as the company’s operations manager. Cheryl and Bear have been married for 26 years.
Cheryl has been a coach one the Team Huron Valley Special Olympics for several years.
Public Relations Coordinator for THV, Inc. For the past 44 years, David has worked for AM General as a Chief Engineer. He resides in Milford with his wife Laura, they have seven (7) children. David has spent countless hours doing social work for the community and fundraising for Special Olympics. He is also a major Booster of Milford High School. David has two Special needs children.
Volunteer Coordinator of THV, Inc. Matt has worked as a Radiologic Technologist for over thirty years. For the past ten years, he has helped to coach Team Huron Valley Special Olympic Athletes in softball, basketball, and track and field events, and anywhere else needed. Matt and his wife Dee are the proud parents of two children.

Fundraising coordinator of THV, Inc. DJ has spent 25 years working in the healthcare industry, with a focus on supporting the developmentally disabled. DJ is married to Mindy and they have two children. As the father of a cognitively impaired son, he is passionate about creating opportunities for people with different abilities.
